Who Is best66?
Best66 is an online entertainment platform operating exclusively for players in Malaysia. Founded in 2018, we started as a small platform with a single focus — providing a trustworthy gaming experience for local players who wanted better options than what was available in the market at the time.
Today, best66 has grown into one of the most active online entertainment destinations in the country, with over 500,000 registered members, a game library exceeding 1,500 titles, and a technical infrastructure managed by an experienced professional team. We let our track record speak for itself.
What sets best66 apart from other platforms is our commitment to three core principles: robust security, verified game fairness, and seamless user experience — whether you're playing on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Our Mission & Vision
Best66's mission is simple: make online entertainment more accessible, safer, and more enjoyable for every Malaysian player regardless of their background or experience level.
We believe every player — whether new to online gaming or a seasoned veteran — deserves a platform that respects their money, their time, and their privacy. That is why we continuously invest in the latest encryption technology, diversified payment systems, and a customer support team that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players.
Our long-term vision is to become the first online entertainment platform truly built from the ground up for the Malaysian market — not merely a translation or adaptation of a foreign platform.
What We Offer
Best66 is more than just one type of game. We provide a complete entertainment ecosystem under one roof:

All these categories are accessible through a single account — you don't need to open separate accounts for each game type. Simple, integrated, and efficient.
Security & Trust
Security is something we take very seriously at best66. Every connection to our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions. Your personal data is stored strictly in accordance with our privacy policy and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
The Random Number Generator (RNG) that determines our game outcomes has been independently audited by a recognized certification body. This means every slot spin, every card hand, and every wheel turn is truly random and cannot be manipulated — by anyone, including us.
All financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals alike — are processed through secure payment channels. We support FPX, bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24 hours, while VIP members enjoy significantly faster processing — instant for Diamond members.
The Team Behind best66
Behind the best66 platform is a professional team of technology experts, game analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and customer support representatives fluent in Malay. We are more than a software company — we are a community of people who genuinely understand what Malaysian players want.
Our support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can reach us via Live Chat in the app or on our website. Our average response time is under 2 minutes — because we know nothing is more frustrating than waiting too long for help when a problem is happening.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Best66 genuinely cares about the well-being of every player. We provide self-control tools to help you manage your gaming habits more effectively — including daily deposit limits, loss limits, and the option to take a temporary break or self-close your account.
We believe online gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a burden. If you or someone you know feels that gaming is starting to have a negative impact, we encourage you to read more on our Responsible Gaming us.
